Refund & Returns Policy


We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  • Return shipping will be at your cost unless we sent you the wrong or a faulty item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned items and check them, we’ll let you know.

  • Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within about 14 working days.

  • Please note that your bank or e-wallet may take a little extra time to process the refund.

Items We Can’t Accept Back

  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or without their original packaging.

  • No refunds will be given for items that have been altered in any way.

How to Return

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll share the return address with you.

  3. Pack and ship the item back to us safely.
