Welcome to Falcon School Uniform! By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’ve kept them simple and easy to read.
1. Orders & Payments
All orders are placed directly on our website.
Payment is made at checkout using FPX, Credit/Debit Card, or major e-Wallets.
Prices shown on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include SST (if applicable).
2. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver through trusted courier services, which you can select during checkout.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on the courier and your location.
We ship nationwide, including Sabah & Sarawak.
3. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and check the returned items.

4. Product Information
We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, sizes, and images are accurate.
However, slight differences in colour or design may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or stock batches.
5. Privacy & Security

We never share your information with third parties except as required to complete your order (e.g., with courier services).
6. Limitation of Liability
While we do our best to ensure smooth service, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party courier services.
We are also not responsible for any indirect loss (e.g., missed school days) caused by late deliveries.
